1. Who We Are
Empire Digital is a Pakistan-based reseller of premium digital tools and subscriptions. All subscriptions are delivered as dedicated accounts and activated via WhatsApp.
2. Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
- We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and direct bank transfers to accounts in Pakistan.
- Prices on the website are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are per month unless otherwise stated.
3. Delivery
Most orders are activated within 5–10 minutes of payment verification. During peak hours delivery may take up to 30 minutes. If activation is delayed beyond 24 hours, our refund policy applies.
4. Use of Accounts
- Accounts are provided for the buyer's personal or business use only.
- Do not share credentials publicly or resell the account.
- Do not use accounts for illegal, abusive, or spam-related activity.
- Misuse may result in account suspension without refund.
5. Replacements
If an account stops working during the subscription period through no fault of yours, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us on WhatsApp with proof.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and brand names shown on this website belong to their respective owners. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original service providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empire Digital's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Changes to Services
Prices, availability, and features may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
